The KinderCare project was completed in three phases, with the work spread over three weekends. This approach allowed us to carefully manage each step while maintaining a safe environment for the children and staff. Here’s how we structured the project:

1. Friday Night: Preparation
   Friday evenings were dedicated to prepping the classrooms, which included covering and protecting furniture, floors, and other surfaces. We also took care of filling any cracks or holes to ensure a smoother finish.
2. Saturdays: Ceilings and Trim
   On Saturdays, our focus was on painting the ceilings and trim. By starting with these areas, we ensured that the larger surfaces, like the walls, would come out fresh and clean.
3. Sundays: Walls
   Sundays were reserved for painting the walls, wrapping up the tasks for that weekend. This approach allowed us to steadily make progress without rushing any part of the job.
   

At the end of each work weekend, our team made sure the entire facility was thoroughly cleaned and ready for the children’s return. Safety is our top priority, especially when working in environments like daycare centers where children need a safe, secure space to learn and play. Upon completing the project, we conducted a final walkthrough with the out-of-state project manager, who expressed satisfaction with the results. The combination of our communication, flexibility, and attention to detail made the entire project a success.
