For the convenience and comfort of our clients, Mendez Painting, LLC offers free remote estimates. We Understand that sometimes work and commitments make it difficult to set up a scheduled in-person appointment. Sometimes the client is relocating from another state or area and does not have access to the property. For these practical reasons, we offer our clients the option of sending us pictures or videos of the property/ areas to be painted. Even better, we can reply with an estimate within 4-8 hours! Besides this, we will quickly follow up after sending an estimate. We will verify, clarify, and simplify the process and answer all your questions and concerns. Mendez Painting’s two decades of experience in the industry have given us the expertise to provide fair and accurate estimates even through pictures and videos. If you cannot take the images yourself, we can further personalize your estimate based on images from home sales platforms showing each area that needs painting. Remote estimates are ideal for Interior Painting jobs, while Exterior Painting projects may require additional data to custom-make estimates. When the job calls for extensive refurbishment (i.e., projects with wood rot), we recommend the accuracy of an on-site estimate.
